Safety Relief Valve Cast Steel Class 300 / 150

Flanged ends Bolted bonnet IBR APPROVED

Applications: Boilers, Power stations, Process, Heating & General Industry for steam, water and non-aggressive medium. MIRCO valves are manufactured at our own modern and well equipped manufacturing plant which is having IBR approved captive Steel foundry and stringent quality control cheeks certified by international accreditation agency TUV for ISO 9001-2000 giving assured quality. The latest international design standards are used to manufacture MIRCO valves making them strong, durable and sturdy. The cast steel valves are painted with one coat of primer followed by external paint.

General design ASME Sec VIII / API 526 and API 520 PART I
Flanged to ANSI # Class 300 / 150
Set pressure range 10.5 to 42 kg/CM2
Discharge Capacity range 1544 to 13700 kg/hr
Full lift construction. Metal to metal seat.
Safety valve is provided with easing lever.
Tested to API 527 for Set / Reset Pressure & Leakage.
